Hawarden is divided into 5 zones. Once 50% of households in a zone sign up, Premier will move forward with construction in that area.

Is there a cost to sign up?
Yes—a small $25 deposit is required. It helps confirm real interest.
- If your zone doesn’t reach 50%, your deposit is refunded.
- If it does, the $25 is credited to your first bill once service starts.
When will construction start?
Zones that hit 50% by January 2, 2026 will begin construction in 2026.
- Zones below 50% may be considered in 2027 (depending on interest).
